Shipping & returns

When your place an order you are informed about shipment expenses and since it’s completed you receive automatically an email from our company for its validation and the way of execution .

We use SPEEDEX Courier for shipments around Greece , with delivery time 3-5 working days and in cases of inaccessible areas 5-7 days .

The shipment expenses are formed as followed : Free delivery for orders within Greece above 100 € and charge 5 € for orders under 100 € .

Shipments abroad are distributed by DHL or TNT by Economy transport within 5-7 working days and delivery cost 30 € for orders under 350 € in EU countries and free delivery for orders above 350 € . For deliveries outside EU the cost is 40€ and it does not include custom expenses that are defined by each country apart and delivery time 7 -10 days . 

With the configuration of your shipment the tracking number will be available for constant delivery updating . 


If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product choice there is the ability of partial or whole return in order to be exchanged with another of your preference within strictly 10 working days or claim refund of your money .

In that case you must proceed to an informing email or call to our team in communication data or at tel .+30 22471-11176 with the willing of your return .

In case of refund the amount of return will be deposited to the same account charged after we receive the product to Citria base and find it in an excellent condition .

Any product returned must be in the initial state it came to you with any specific tag or bag packaging it was send . Also it must be clearly unused and unprocessed at any way .

Returns are not allowed in swim suits , optical and final sales products .

The return cost burdens totally the client regardless any free or chargeable primal delivery cost and can be sent with any of courier company of your preference as long it serves our company base . 

Obligatory is the accompaniment of the initial voucher/receipt it was sent from our company .


Some of our products ( shoes or bags ) on sales might have been affected with a slight damage by the display in our natural shop environment and is in your own will or choice to accept them . Also some previous collection clothes might not carry a name tag of the company or designer again by display loss . That also explains the reduced price in some cases .
